Eligibility

Participants must be business professionals, directors, or owners and able to contract under applicable law. Example scenarios: a director registering with company authorization should provide business identification and a contact for invoicing; independent consultants should confirm their legal capacity to enter into services agreements.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for paid programs. Organizations registering minors for event attendance must obtain parental or guardian consent and notify aeroitlaw in advance with supporting documentation.

Services must be used lawfully. Prohibited uses include activities that violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights. Practical case: using course materials to create misleading supporter communications would be impermissible.

Some services, offers, or payment methods may not be available in all jurisdictions. For organizations operating across borders, practical advice: confirm local compliance requirements before enrolling staff from other countries.

Account terms

Certain features require account registration. Account access is limited to authorized users and must be associated with accurate contact and business information. Example: corporate accounts should list an authorized representative responsible for compliance and payments.

You are responsible for providing up-to-date and accurate information. If details change — such as a billing address or company registration number — update your account promptly to avoid service interruptions.

Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify aeroitlaw immediately. A practical scenario: if a company notices unusual enrollments under its account, the authorized representative should contact our support to suspend further registrations while the matter is contribute.

Accounts are non-transferable except with prior written approval from aeroitlaw. Transfers of purchased seats or licenses require explicit confirmation and possible administrative fees.

If an account is compromised, provide evidence and cooperate with our contribute. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account and may suspend services during the inquiry to protect participants and data.

We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse, non-payment, or safety concerns. Example: repeated violation of conduct rules during events may lead to temporary suspension pending review.

Service offerings

aeroitlaw offers economic training with emphasis on spiritual leadership, delivered via workshops, online modules, and consulting. Course content includes case studies, scenario-based exercises, and practical planning templates for directors and executives. Services may be scheduled, recorded, and delivered by third-party partners; participants will be notified of delivery format.

We may modify or discontinue services, schedules, or prices. When possible, we will publish changes on aeroitlaw.pro and notify registered participants. For significant curriculum changes affecting registered attendees, we provide options such as credit toward future sessions.

Training availability depends on staffing, venue, and regulatory approvals. If a session is canceled for reasons beyond participant control, we will offer alternatives such as rescheduling or credit toward another course. Example: a retreat canceled due to venue restrictions will be rescheduled or substituted with equivalent online modules.

Rules of conduct

Participants must follow behavioral and professional standards during events. The rules are intended to preserve a constructive learning environment and protect other attendees.

• Respectful conduct: engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
• Confidentiality: case study discussions may involve sensitive business information; respect confidentiality agreements and do not record sessions without consent.
• No solicitation: commercial solicitation of attendees without prior consent is prohibited.
• Compliance with venue rules: follow local safety, health, and access rules at event locations.
• Accurate representation: do not misrepresent credentials or affiliations when registering.
• Intellectual property respect: do not reproduce course materials beyond licensed use.
• Photography and recording: follow facilitator guidance; explicit consent is required for recording participant contributions.

User content

User content includes any materials or communications you submit in connection with our services, such as case summaries, discussion posts, or uploaded documents for group analysis.

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant aeroitlaw a limited license to use such content for delivering services, improving programs, and compiling anonymized case study collections. Example: a confidential case you submit for class exercises may be anonymized and used in future training materials with your consent.

By submitting content you grant aeroitlaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the material for the purposes of providing and promoting the services, subject to confidentiality commitments made to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit materials and for the accuracy of submissions. If you include third-party materials, ensure lawful use and proper attribution.

Requests to remove user content will be reviewed and processed when appropriate. Removal may be limited if content is already incorporated into course materials or aggregated case collections, in which case we will discuss remediation options with you.

Intellectual property

All site content, course materials, templates, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants receive only the rights expressly granted in these Terms or in separate license agreements.

• Do not reproduce or distribute instructor materials beyond licensed use.
• Do not remove or alter copyright notices on materials.
• Request written permission from aeroitlaw for commercial use of proprietary course content.

Paid services and registration

Paid services include workshops, retreats, private coaching, and consulting engagements. Pricing and payment terms are provided at registration and in invoices.

Prices are listed in the order confirmation or event page. Corporate group rates and early-bird pricing may be available and are subject to terms noted at time of purchase. Example: an early-bird rate for a three-day executive seminar will be honored for registrations completed before the published deadline.

Payment options may include bank transfer, credit card, or third-party payment providers. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required to secure registration. Invoices will reference Business ID 9609905752518 where applicable.

Subscription services, if offered, will be governed by a separate subscription agreement detailing billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation policies.

Refund and credit policies vary by program. For in-person events, refunds may be subject to administrative fees depending on timing. Example: cancellation more than 30 days before an event may result a partial refund minus processing fees; cancellations within 14 days may be eligible for credit toward future sessions rather than cash refund.

Participants may cancel registrations per the stated policy on the event page. We may cancel events for operational reasons; in such cases we will provide options for rescheduling or credit.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. Pricing displayed may not include local taxes which will be added at checkout where required.

We may update pricing for future sessions. Existing confirmed registrations are not subject to increased prices for the registered session unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of access to course materials and exclusion from events until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

Training content is provided for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute professional business, legal, or commitment advice. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, aeroitlaw's liability for damages arising out of or related to the services is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by you for the specific service at issue. This limitation applies after assessing practical case scenarios and does not exclude liability where prohibited by applicable law.

Third-party services

Third-party services, guest facilitators, and partners may participate in programs. aeroitlaw is not responsible for third-party actions and participants should review third-party terms where applicable. Example: a partner platform hosting a virtual workshop may collect user data under its own policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for breach of terms, non-payment, or conduct risking the safety of participants. Participants may terminate by ceasing to use services and settling outstanding fees per the cancellation policy.

Upon termination, access to paid materials may be revoked. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination, such as payment obligations or confidentiality commitments.

Privacy reference

Our privacy practices are described in the privacy policy at aeroitlaw.pro/privacy. The privacy policy explains data collection, use, sharing, and rights available to participants.

Communications

By registering, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your enrollment, including confirmations, updates, and important notices. Marketing messages are only sent with consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms. Significant changes will be posted with the updated effective date at aeroitlaw.pro/terms and, where appropriate, notified to registered participants. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where aeroitlaw operates, with consideration of local Thai law for activities and services performed in Thailand. Practical example: contractual disputes arising from an on-site program in Nakhon Si Thammarat will be interpreted in light of local regulatory requirements.

Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be raised through informal negotiation and contact with our support team. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or binding arbitration as specified in the applicable agreement. We encourage pragmatic resolution approaches such as case-by-case mediation before formal proceedings.
